Marketing Activities - Competitions or promotions, subscriptions to one of our services, requests for an audit, completion of a survey, enquiry or register for one of our events.

Business Activities - Where enquiries are submitted to us we will only use the information supplied to us to deal with the enquiry, fulfil your transport needs, such as track and trace items through our systems and to check on the level of service we provide.
Customer - A 'Customer' is a person or organisation who has a contract with Pall-Ex Group (or one of its subsidiaries) to deliver pallets to or collect pallets from a Consignee. The Customer shares Consignees personal data with Pall-Ex Group for the purpose of providing a delivery service.
Consignee - A 'Consignee' is someone who is intended to have a collection or delivery from Pall-Ex Group (or one of its subsidiaries) or one of our Customers.
Where Pall-Ex Group processes your personal data in the circumstances set out in this Privacy Notice, Pall-Ex Group acts as a Processor. If you are a Consignee, we recommend that you also refer to the Privacy Notice of our Customer, Member, Members Customer or Partner (the company or individual you ordered the goods from) to find out details of how they process your personal data.
All processing activities are subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Laws.

Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
The information which you provide may be transferred to countries which do not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the European Economic Areas (EEA), if this is the case we will ensure that the data transfer happens in a secure, protected environment, in accordance with existing UK and EU data protection legislation.
Location Information
When using our services (including but not limited to our NexusGo application) and with your permission we will collect information about your precise location using GPS which is used to provide features of our service and improve those services.
This information may be uploaded to our company and/or service providers servers.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your mobile device settings.

Complaints
When we receive a complaint from a person we make up a file containing the details of the complaint. This normally contains the identity of the complainant and any other individuals involved in the complaint.
We will only use the personal information we collect to process the complaint and to check on the level of service we provide. We will keep personal information contained in complaint files in line with our company retention policy. This means that information relating to a complaint will be retained for accordance with our retention policy from closure. It will be retained in a secure environment and access to it will be restricted according to the ‘need to know’ principle.
